  • Security Alerts: Important security-related notifications about your building.
  • Account Notifications: Updates about your Foyer account, such as password resets or security alerts.

Message Frequency

Visitor approval SMS messages are sent only when someone requests entry to your unit. Typical residents receive 0-10 messages per week, depending on visitor frequency. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

Consent and Opt-Out

By providing your phone number during registration and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Foyer at the phone number provided.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message from Foyer
  • Update your preferences in the Foyer app settings
